Oral Arguments to Begin in First State Supreme Court Eminent Domain Case After Kelo

The Ohio Supreme Court will begin hearing oral arguments this week in the case of Norwood v. Gamble. This will be the first time a state supreme court has heard an eminent domain case following the U.S. Supreme Court decision in Kelo v. City of New London.
